Volunteer

There are several ways you can support our mission to built affordable housing for families in need. To volunteer for any of the services listed below fill out the volunteer form.

Administration

The Administration Committee oversees the Habitat for Humanity office in downtown Laramie, manages the general flow of office materials, and handles personal communication between the Board and the public. This committee is ideal for people with good organizational skills. Most duties can be performed from home and according to each member's personal schedule. Volunteer

Board Members

Habitat for Humanity of Albany County is seeking individuals who are interested in serving on the Board of Directors. Volunteer

Budget and Finance

The Budget and Finance Committee takes care of all monetary aspects of the organization. Volunteer

Fundraising and Public Relations

The Fundraising and Public Relations Committee includes individuals who are interested in developing innovative fundraising ideas, designing and writing articles for newsletters, acting as liaisons between community groups, including churches, and Habitat for Humanity. Volunteer

Habitat Restore and Related Services

Proceeds provides Habitat with a consistent source of revenue to fund its operations. Volunteer

Important Documents for Volunteers

Yearly Release and Waiver of Liability
Prior to volunteering, a Yearly Release and Waiver of Liability Form must be filled out and turned in to the office located at 302 South Second Street, Suite 212 (above the Music Box).

Construction Safety Policy
All volunteers are required to read the Construction Safety Policy prior to volunteering.
